Privacy Policy
Care Crush and OCHOLAXPRESS LTD collect information customers provide when requesting a quote or placing an order, including names, contact details, requested products, delivery information, communications and transaction records. Customers should not submit private medical records, prescriptions, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
We use information to prepare quotes, check product eligibility, source products, process orders and payments, arrange customs and delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain records required by law.
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary with Ochola Xpress, retailers, suppliers, payment providers, couriers, freight partners, customs or regulatory authorities, website and communications providers and professional advisers. We do not sell personal information.
Orders involve Uganda and the United Kingdom, so information may be transferred between those countries where necessary to provide the service. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Depending on applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their information, or object to certain uses. Contact carecrush@ocholaxpress.com. Customers may also contact Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.
Terms of Service
Care Crush sources eligible UK skincare, beauty, haircare, body-care, personal-care, grooming, vitamins, supplements and wellness products for customers in Uganda. A website request is not an accepted order. A contract begins only after the quote is confirmed in writing and the agreed payment arrangements are completed.
Quotes should identify product cost, service fees, shipping and any estimated customs, handling, collection or delivery charges. Product prices and availability may change before purchase. Payment instructions are provided privately through a verified Care Crush or Ochola Xpress channel and should be checked before payment.
UK-to-Uganda delivery is generally estimated at 7–14 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for local delivery. These are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Supplier availability, customs, regulation and transport disruption may affect delivery.
Care Crush does not accept counterfeit or expired products, prescription medicines or prohibited goods. Other regulated products may be declined after an eligibility review. Customers must check product descriptions, ingredients, warnings and instructions before approving and using a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights where exclusion would be unlawful.
Cancellation and Returns
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation is normally possible before purchase or dispatch. After purchase or dispatch, cancellation depends on the retailer’s terms, product type, hygiene or safety considerations and shipping status, together with rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Incorrect, damaged or missing products should be reported within 48 hours of receipt where reasonably possible, with photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label. This helps us investigate promptly and does not remove any statutory customer right.
After review, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund, price reduction or another agreed solution. Products should not be returned before instructions are provided.

Care Crush is a product-sourcing service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional.
Product information is based on retailer or manufacturer information and does not guarantee a particular result. Customers must read the complete label, ingredients, warnings, expiry date and instructions supplied with the product.
Seek professional advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a health condition, buying for a child or uncertain about allergies, interactions or dosage. Stop using a product and obtain appropriate medical help if an adverse reaction occurs.
Care Crush does not knowingly source prescription-only medicines. Availability in another country does not automatically mean a product is approved or appropriate for import or use in Uganda.
